Your wooden frame will be custom-made to your specifications in our workshop. It is delivered with an acrylic glass pane, called "Plexiglas museum".
How can I join Buzzzer Beaters?
It's easy and free to register as a new member; simply click "Join" in the top right corner and complete your details.
How can I change my login details?
Changing your email address If you would like to update your personal details, simply access your account by logging in and select "My Account". Here you can change any personal details. You can change your password by simply logging into your account and clicking "Change password" in the “My Profile” section.
How can I close my account?
We do not want you to go! However, if you want to delete your account, log in and access the "My Account" section, here you can deactivate your account. Once you deactivate your account, you can no longer log in and any creations will be deleted.
Please note all changes will take up to 48 hours to take effect, which means that you might receive a newsletter from us shortly after unsubscribing.

Change or cancel your order?
If you wish to cancel or amend your order, you can contact our Customer service within 30 min after the purchase. It will not be possible to cancel or amend your order after this time.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards & PayPal. When paying with a debit or credit card, the payment is always made through a secure form, and you card details will not be saved.
Do you accept partnership or sponsorship requests?

Returns & Refunds
Do you give refunds if I am not happy with my poster?
All of our sales are final. No refunds will be processed due to all of our posters being personalised and printed specifically for the customer.
Do you offer returns if I am not happy with the quality?
Unless there is a printing error, we cannot unfortunately accept any returns. All of the poster specifications are on our site, please check before placing the order.
What if my poster is damaged?
We do offer replacements if there is a printing error made by us when personalising your poster or if your item has been damaged during the delivery process. Please get in touch with our customer service team, providing photo evidence of the error or damage and a replacement will be sent out.
Design & Printing
Is there someone that can design my poster for me?
Yes, we do offer a design service for a fee. If you email our customer service with your poster details, they will arrange this for you.
What stock are the posters printed onto?
All our posters are printed onto 265gsm Art Paper.
Are your products sustainable?
Our prints and Frames are both using environmentally friendly technology.
All our range of posters are carefully collated and delivered in a hard backed cardboard box.
How long before the order is processed?
Our orders are processed and ready to ship in 5-7 business days. Shipping will be dependent upon country.
How long do deliveries take and what methods do you use?
We use International Standard delivery for Europe and International deliveries.
Please note that timings are working days and do not include weekends. Due to the worldwide COVID-19 situation, there are some delays.
The timings also do not include any delays due to the customs processes.
